To Casper Van Dien's credit, he's aged marvelously even if he's been reduced to doing crummy Lifetime movies. The plot holes here are incredibly silly, but they come with the territory. Ridiculous twists and turns are simply what this nonsense calls for and Fugitive at 17 unapologetically delivers.
