Essentially the sort of sleaze the title promises, this is another forgettable installment in a franchise that's astoundingly ill-conceived and edited. While the recent Piranha was fun as pure cheese, made somewhat credible by Elisabeth Shue, this regularly goes too far with nudity, gore and self-satisfied silliness.
