There's a charming ineptitude to it all in Riding with Death. A truck with an explosive chemical supposedly threatens to blow up a whole town, but when the explosion goes off it's not even like an oil tanker blew. All that build-up for nothing is fairly fun. The second half, full of race car driving, is decidedly less enjoyable.
