Lady With a Past (1932).Romantic comedy film starring Constance Bennett as a shy young lady who decides to invent a wild past for herself to spice up her life. It is based on the novel of the same name by Harriet Henry.



Sin Takes a Holiday (1930). Sylvia accepts her boss' marriage proposal, even though he only asked her to avoid marriage to another woman. As a wealthy wife, Sylvia changes from ugly duckling to a swan and even thinks about having an affair with a man she meets during a trip to Paris.



The Easiest Way (1931). Drama film directed by Jack Conway. Adapted from the 1909 play of the same name by David Belasco, the film stars Constance Bennett, Adolphe Menjou, Robert Montgomery, Clark Gable, and Anita Page.


The Common Law(1932). Directed by Paul L. Stein. With Constance Bennett, Joel McCrea, Lew Cody and Robert Williams. Valerie West, an American in Paris, makes her living by being the mistress of a rich American but she dumps him and starts a career as a nude model. She models for a rich American painter named John Neville.



Son of the Gods (1930). Black-and-white romantic drama film with Technicolor scenes. It was adapted from the novel of the same name by Rex Beach. Richard Barthelmess and Constance Bennett star as a couple in love who have a falling-out when she discovers that, though he looks Caucasian, he is actually Chinese.


Born to Love (1932).Constance Bennett and Joel McRea are lovers who meet during the last weeks of the First World War. London is in danger of bombs from airplanes. They meet and fall in love despite the chaos that surround them.
